What is an e-invoice?

E-invoice is the general name of the system and enables taxpayers to send and receive invoices according to the standard and format set by the IOP (Revenue Administration) system.

The aim is to create a secure, time and cost-saving system between seller and buyer in accordance with the standard.

The e-invoice has the same legal requirements as the paper invoice.

Melasoft e-invoice

  • Invoices produced in the SAP system are converted into XML / UBL-TR format and sent to IOP. The e-invoice received is saved in the SAP system and archived on private integrator servers.

  • Invoices designed in SAP are mapped to XML / UBL-TR. The approved invoices are signed with the financial seal and sent to the IOP. The situation is being monitored.

Outgoing invoice

Invoices designed in SAP are linked to the invoice groups created in Melasoft SAP e-invoice cockpit and sent to the IOP via the private integrator and forwarded to the e-invoice recipient.

Incoming invoice

The invoices delivered with the integration of the IOP via the private integrator go through the corresponding approval mechanism and are displayed in the Melasoft SAP e-invoice cockpit, and the approved invoices are registered in the system.
