Revenue Administration Releases Updated Public e-Invoice Technical Guide

On October 11, 2024, the Revenue Administration announced the release of an updated version of the “UBL-TR e-Invoice Application in Public Expenditure Processes” technical guide. This update, published on the official website ebelge.gib.gov.tr, is the result of a joint effort between the Directorate General of Accounting and the Revenue Administration.

The guide provides comprehensive information on the general procedures and additional rules for e-Invoices received and issued by public administrations within the scope of central government, as well as those not directly under central management but operating on applications developed by the Ministry of Treasury and Finance.
