Poland SAF-T Update: An Overview of the Proposed JPK_KR Changes.
A draft regulation prepared by the Polish Ministry of Finance proposes significant updates to the SAF-T system, in particular for the JPK_KR file. If adopted, these changes could become mandatory for Corporate Income Tax (CIT) payments from January 1, 2025.
