The Ministry of Finance is launching consultations on two implementing acts for the universal application of the KSeF as of July 1, 2024.
Amendments to the regulation on technical regulation and invoicing for KSeF will be discussed in the consultations .
- The proposed regulation will set rules for the use of mandatory KSeF from July 1, 2024, and will apply to all taxpayers using KSeF.
- The draft regulation aligns the existing provisions of the invoicing regulation with the introduced KSeF solutions.

The Polish Ministry of Finance published two draft acts regarding mandatory e-invoicing via KSeF.
Draft Regulation on the KSeF covers verification codes, offline modes, new authorizations, and authentication methods to connect to KSeF, as well as VAT RR and VAT RR KOR invoices.
The amendment covers invoices issued by VAT-exempt taxpayers must include the NIP numbers of both buyer and supplier, to align with issuing invoices via KSeF from January 1, 2025.
